Chocolate with oatmeal
A single piece of high quality chocolate placed on a bed of hot oatmeal melts and turns into a delicious chocolate sauce. Dip you next spoon of oatmeal into it, spread it on the surface or mix in.
Pasta
Do it right by adding protein and fresh greens.
Tuna, fresh garlic slices, fresh arugula. The best remains unseen under a bed of arugula - navy bean, onion and chicken broth sauce to replace the often too starchy pasta sauce.
Egg in buckwheat crepe
We like foods with minimal number of ingredients. Buckwheat flour is easier to find, than you think.
